Surveyors
Air Shipment – We have our surveyor 24 hours stand-by at the airport for goods damage found upon collections of inbound cargo.
Sea Shipment – We have our surveyor attending our CFS warehouse for examining all consolidations full or part loads.

Customs Brokerage
With high trained staffs in customs clearance area, we are not only able to clear our customers’ cargo as efficiently as possible, we are also happy to receive your phone calls and enquiries of the Customs regulatory requirements so you know what documents has to be prepared and time needs.

Cargo Insurance
Master Global Logistics is focusing on promoting the importance of having good insurance coverage to minimize our customers’ loss and provides peach of mind to the shipper and buyers during the course of transit.

We offer highly competitive rates to provide cover against “All Risk” of loss or damage to the general cargo as well as project cargo.

If you suspect that your cargo has suffered damage or lost during transit, has not been delivered, please notify us immediately by email with full details below so that investigations can be carried out without delay.
