QualificationsSPA Global Logistics is authorized by the Federal Maritime Commission to carry on the business of providing NVOCC services between the United States of America and foreign countries. The company is also a holder of “Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers License” and the “International Freight Agency License” issued by the Ministry of Communications of the People's Republic of China.
